Leading from Alignment is a four-module series of leadership development programs designed to build essential leadership capabilities through Kaitlin’s unique approach to transformational education. Programs utilize historical case studies, the best humanistic insights, and invitations to deep introspection to drive transformation within teams from the inside out. Organizations can invest in a single leadership module up to a four-part arc of learning as illustrated in the example below:

CLINICAL CONSULTATIONS
Kaitlin Smith, MSW is available on a limited basis for clinical case consultations with trained mental health professionals and coaches seeking the professional opinion of a colleague in her areas of specialization (i.e., giftedness, BIPOC, multiracial, and/or women-related themes). Potential services include offering an alternative clinical opinion; offering sociohistorical context for presenting concerns; and recommending resources for further learning, direct client support, and/or advocacy.
FOR HELPING PROFESSIONALS
Kaitlin Smith, MSW is available on a limited basis for one-time consultations with individuals seeking an alternative clinical assessment of concerns that may intersect with giftedness. This can look like exploring the appropriateness of a particular mental health diagnosis vis-a-vis giftedness; sharing resources for deeper learning and reflection; or developing a plan and/or list of tailored resources you can use to advocate for yourself with your health care team, employer, family members, and/or other parties.
